However, just when I was about to contact him I noticed last night that my Twitter support status had changed to "being processed" so I didn't want to muddy the water any further. I changed @rogergalligan to @RogerGalligan without any problems. It seems the new FrankieP has a few followers that meant to follow you - so it is causing some confusion. I changed my twitter username to CormacMoylan from cormacmoylan a few weeks back and I didn't encounter any of the weird issues you encountered. Have you tried replicating the problem by setting up a dummy twitter account and then changing the name of that account? That’s weird.
